Terms & Conditions

Draft pending legal review

This text was written from what the website and the ticket store actually do. It replaces the placeholder that the old site carried. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer, and the items marked in gold below need the operator's own details before publication.

These terms govern the sale of tickets to the FemDom Gala and attendance at it. By buying a ticket you accept them. The organiser, and the party you contract with, is set out in full below.

We answer enquiries within two business days.

1. Who may attend

The event is for adults. You must be eighteen or older, or older still where the law of your residence requires it. Photographic identification is checked at the door and admission is refused without it, with no refund.

2. Tickets

  • A ticket admits one named person to the days and elements described on the ticket and nothing else.
  • Passes are non-refundable and cannot be carried over to a future year, except as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If we cancel the event you are refunded in full.
  • If you cannot attend, you may transfer your pass to another person free of charge at any time before the event. Write to us with the new name and we re-issue it. Where a category requires vetting, the person taking your place must clear the same vetting.
  • Some categories require vetting before purchase. A pass bought without the required vetting may be cancelled and refunded.
  • Media participation and event crew placements are not sold as passes. They are arranged directly with the organisers and carry their own paperwork.
  • Reselling a ticket above its face value, or in a way that misrepresents the event, voids it.

Because this is a scheduled leisure event on specific dates, the statutory fourteen-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts does not apply. This follows from Article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

3. Price and payment

Prices are in euro and include any applicable tax unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken by our payment provider on our store; we never receive or store your full card number. Your bank statement shows a neutral descriptor and an order number rather than a description of the event.

4. The venue and its address

The address is not published. It is sent by email to ticket holders before the event. Passing it on to anyone who does not hold a ticket is a breach of these terms and grounds for cancelling your admission without refund.

5. Conduct at the event

The event runs on consent. That is not a slogan, it is the rule.

  • Nothing happens to anybody without their express, current and freely given consent. Consent to one thing is not consent to another, and it can be withdrawn at any moment.
  • Instructions from the organisers, the venue team and the play monitors are followed immediately.
  • No photography or recording except by accredited photographers, and never of anyone wearing a red wristband.
  • No illegal substances. No weapons. No aggression toward guests or staff.
  • Discretion about who you saw is expected of everyone, and is owed to everyone.

We may remove anyone who breaks these rules, without refund, and may refuse them admission to future editions.

6. Photography

Photographs and recordings are made at the event and may be used to promote it. At checkout you choose whether you agree to appear. If you do not, you are given a red wristband on arrival and our photographers work around you. You may also wear a mask. You can change your answer at any time by telling us or a member of the team.

7. Changes to the programme

Line-ups change. A named Lady may withdraw, and an element of the programme may be altered or replaced with something comparable. That alone is not grounds for a refund. If we cancel the event outright, pass holders are refunded in full, as set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. We are not liable for travel or accommodation you booked separately, so please insure those.

8. Force majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disaster, epidemic, official order, strike or the loss of the venue through no fault of ours.

9. Liability

You attend at your own risk and are responsible for your own conduct and physical limits. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price you paid for your ticket.

10. Your data

Handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual property

The content of this website, other than performers' own portraits and marks, belongs to the organiser. Performers' names, images and marks remain theirs and are used with permission.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by [governing law, e.g. Greek law], and the courts of [jurisdiction] have jurisdiction. This does not remove the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.

13. Changes to these terms

The version in force is the one published when you bought your ticket. If we change these terms materially we tell ticket holders by email.
