Privacy Policy
Last updated 28 July 2026
This text was written from what the website and the ticket store actually do. It replaces the placeholder that the old site carried. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer, and the items marked in gold below need the operator's own details before publication.
This notice explains what personal data we collect when you visit this website or buy a ticket to the FemDom Gala, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what you can require us to do with it. We have written it to be read, not to be survived.

What we collect, and when
When you browse this website
Nothing that identifies you. This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies and runs no third-party trackers. Our hosting provider processes your IP address to serve the page and to defend against attacks, which is a technical necessity and not a profile of you.
When you buy a ticket
Tickets are sold through our store. Buying one requires:
- your name and email address, so we can issue and send the ticket
- your billing address, which the payment provider requires to process the payment
- your telephone number, if you choose to give one
- your answer to the photography question, described below
- any note you add to your order
We also store the ticket itself, its code, and whether it has been used at the door.
Photography at the event
At checkout you tell us whether you agree to appear in photographs taken at the event. If you do not, you receive a red wristband on arrival and our photographers work around you. Your answer is stored with your order so the team on the door can honour it. You can change your mind at any point, before or during the event, by telling us.
If you write to us
We keep your message and our reply so that we can follow up. Nothing more.
Why we are allowed to hold it
- To perform our contract with you. Your name, email, address and ticket data exist so that we can sell you admission and let you in.
- Your consent. The photography answer, and any newsletter you sign up for. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
- Our legitimate interests. Keeping the site available and secure, and preventing fraudulent orders.
- Legal obligation. Tax and accounting law requires us to retain records of what was sold and to whom.
Who else sees it
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising. It is handled by the following processors, each only to the extent their job requires:
- Our payment provider, to take the payment. They receive what they need to process a card transaction. They receive the order number, not the name of the event or the ticket type.
- Our database and file hosting, Supabase, on servers in the European Union.
- Our email provider, Resend, to deliver your ticket and any service message.
- Our website hosting, Vercel.
- Authorities, where the law compels us.
Where a processor operates outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
- Order and invoice records: for as long as tax law requires, which is [retention period under the applicable tax law].
- Ticket and admission data: until twelve months after the event, then deleted.
- Correspondence: twenty-four months after the exchange ends.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
What you can require of us
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- ask what we hold about you and get a copy of it
- have anything inaccurate corrected
- have your data deleted, where no legal duty requires us to keep it
- have our processing restricted while a dispute is resolved
- receive your data in a portable, machine-readable form
- object to processing based on our legitimate interests
- withdraw any consent you gave, without that affecting what came before
Write to info@femdomgala.com and we will answer within one month. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to your national data protection authority. In Greece this is the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to the administrative back office is limited to named accounts, and payment credentials are held in an encrypted secret store rather than in the application database. We never see or store your full card number.
Children
This website and this event are for adults only. Nobody under eighteen may attend or submit data to us. If we learn we hold data from a minor, we delete it.
Changes
If we change this notice we update the date at the top. If a change materially affects you, we will tell ticket holders by email.
